Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose
This policy sets out how our website and services may be used, and the categories of business we decline to work with. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
2. Website conduct
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website, systems, or accounts, probe or scan for vulnerabilities, introduce malicious code, scrape the site at a rate that degrades service for others, interfere with the operation of the site, or use the contact form to send unsolicited commercial messages.
3. Businesses we do not serve
We do not accept engagements involving illegal goods or services, counterfeit or infringing products, adult content, weapons or ammunition, tobacco or vaping products, unlicensed pharmaceuticals or supplements making unapproved health claims, gambling, cryptocurrency investment schemes, multi-level marketing, payday or high-interest consumer lending, or any offer that is deceptive by design.
4. Marketing standards
Advertising and email work we deliver follows applicable law and platform policy, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR and ePrivacy consent requirements, and the advertising policies of the platforms involved. We will not create claims that cannot be substantiated, fabricate reviews or testimonials, use artificial urgency or misleading pricing, or send email to lists that were not collected with valid consent. If a client instructs us to do any of these things we will decline, and may terminate the engagement.
5. Client data
Where we process personal data belonging to a client's customers, we do so only on that client's documented instructions and under a data processing agreement. We do not use client customer data for our own purposes, do not transfer it between clients, and do not sell it.
6. Reporting and enforcement
Report suspected misuse to info@laurenanddove.com. We investigate every report. Where a breach of this policy is confirmed we may suspend or terminate access or the engagement, and will cooperate with law enforcement where the law requires it.
